Q: When will I receive my order?
A:
Your order will arrive within seven to ten business days after order placement. Orders ship via FedEx Ground. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once items have shipped. Some items will ship separately and, if this is the case, you will receive multiple email notifications and tracking numbers.

Q: When will my order be approved?
A:
All orders must be approved by Tommy Bahama Marketing. Once your order is approved, you will receive an email confirmation stating that all or some of your order is approved. Your approved order will be batched and shipped per the schedule noted above.

Q: How do I find the status of my order?
A:
YYou can review all of your orders by going to Orders. Here you can view the status of recent and past submissions.

Q: How do I update my profile?
A:
To update your profile, password and address book go to the My Profile page.

Q: How do I edit my order?
A:
Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited once they are placed. If your order has not been printed you can cancel the order and enter in a new order with the correct information.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A:
To ensure you are not cancelling an order already in production you must contact customer service to cancel any order. Contact us at ondemand@kpcorp.com.

Q: How do I view orders from the previous site?
A:
The previous site will not be available for you to access however if you need to know the status of an older order please contact us at ondemand@kpcorp.com.

Q: Can I place another order using my previous order information?
A:
Go to the My Orders tab and find the order you want to duplicate. Click on the Order number and you will be taken to the Order Details page where you can click on the Reorder action button. From there you will have the ability to make changes in the content, quantity and ship address.

Q: How do I modify or change my shipping address?
A:
The default shipping address will be pulled from your profile information. You can modify this address and add more addresses under My Profile or at the Checkout page by clicking on the Brown Address book icon.
