Q: When will I receive my order?
A: All orders are processed on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday's of each month and are shipped approximately three business days later. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once the item has shipped. Some items may ship separately and if this is the case you will receive multiple email notifications and tracking numbers.
Q: Can I rush an order?
A: If you need an order rushed please contact email@example.com and include your order number along with requested delivery date. Rush orders are assessed a rush fee of $75.00 per order.
Q: How do I find the status of my order?
A: You can review all of your orders by going to Orders. Here you can view the status of recent and past submissions.
Q: How do I update my profile?
A: To update your profile, password and address book go to the My Profile page.
Q: How do I edit my order?
A: If your order has not been processed, you can edit your order. Click on Orders at the top of the page and find the order you want to edit. Click on the order number and you will be taken to the Order Details page where you can click on the Change Order button.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited once they are in production.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If your order has not been processed, you can cancel your order. Click on Orders at the top of the page and find the order you want to cancel. Click on the order number and you will be taken to the Order Details page where you can click on the Cancel Order button.

Q: How do I view orders from the previous site?
A: The previous site will not be available for you to access however if you need to know the status of an older order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I place another order using my previous order information?
A: Go to the My Orders tab and find the order you want to duplicate. Click on the Order number and you will be taken to the Order Details page where you can click on the Reorder action button. From there you can make changes to the content, quantity and shipping address. Past orders are re-orderable for up to 15 months. Any orders older than 15 months have been removed from our system and a new order will need to be created.
Q: The information I entered does not fit on my card when I view the pdf proof, what do I do to ensure that it prints correctly?
A: What you see on the PDF proof and preview screen is exactly what will be printed. If you see that your information does not fit the space on the item you wish to order, you will need to consider editing or abbreviating your content.
Q: How do I modify or change my shipping address?
A: The default shipping address will be pulled from your profile information. You can modify this address and add more addresses under My Profile or at the shipping step by clicking on the Brown Address book icon.
